Prepare pudding on the stove as directed on box.
Pour cooked pudding over dry cake mix in mixing bowl.
Stir pudding and dry cake mix together by hand.
Spread in 9x11 greased baking pan.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, 325 degree oven.
Completely cool before cutting.
