Roasted Red Pepper Dip

  • 1 (8 oz) sour cream
  • 1 (7 oz) jar roasted red peppers, drained
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano



    In food processor or blender combine all ingredients.
    Blend just until red peppers are finely chopped.
    Chill at least 1 hour.
