Sacchetti Pork Chops

  • 1 package thin cut pork chops (boneless or with the bone)
  • soy sauce
  • ketchup

Spray a frying pan with cooking spray.

Place pork chops in pan and brown on both sides.

Turn heat down and pour soy sauce and ketchup on one sideof the chop, flip and
do the same to other side (the more the better).

Cover and let simmer until done, about a 1/2 hour depending on thickness.

Uncover when just about done and turn the heat up to let the sauce thicken.

 

Note: Great when served with Success Rice's - beef rice mix, and Betty
Crocker's - potatoes au gratin
