- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 Chicken Breast, cut into
1 inch strips
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 1 tsp. Basil
- 1 tsp. Parsley
- 1/4 tsp. Celery Salt
- 2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Red Pepper Chopped
- 1 lb. Fettuccine
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat.
Add chicken, oregano, basil, parsley, celery salt, garlic, salt and pepper.
Cook for five minutes.
Add red pepper and continue to cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until chicken
is cooked all the way through.
Remove chicken and peppers from pan and set aside.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
Add cooked pasta, cream, parmesan cheese, chicken and peppers.
Heat through.
