Chinese Chicken Wings

(for ten pounds of wings)

  • 1/2 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
  • 2 dashes garlic powder or garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
Mix all ingredients together.
Place chicken in marinade.
Marinate overnight.
Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees - covered.
Then bake an additional 1/2 uncovered at 375 degrees - uncovered - to brown.
