- 2 10-ounce packages frozen
broccoli
- 1/4 cup butter
- 6 tbsp. flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 3 chicken breasts, cooked
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
cheese
Thaw/cook broccoli and drain.
Melt butter, blend in flour. Add salt and pepper.
Add chicken broth slowly and stir until mixture thickens.
Stir in cream.
Place broccoli in baking dish.
Pour 1/2 mixture over broccoli and top with chicken.
Add parmesan cheese to remaining sauce.
Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until heated through.
